Ayodhya rewards those who give it time. Staying two nights means the evening aarti on the Saryu at Naya Ghat welcomes you on arrival, the second day is kept for darshan at the Ram Mandir and the old temples around it, and the last morning goes to Guptar Ghat and Ram ki Paidi before you leave. Arrive by Ayodhya's airport or railway station, or drive in from Lucknow, and let your coordinator plan the timings, the cloakroom and the pace around your family.

Ayodhya's flights are fewer than Lucknow's. A Lucknow arrival adds about three hours on the road, so a late-afternoon arrival can miss the Saryu aarti. Ram Navami and Deepotsav change timings and close roads.

Boats and boarding
No boat in Standard or Premium. The Luxury aarti boat needs a few ghat steps and runs only when river levels and local administration allow.
Mobility
Wheelchairs are provided at the Ram Mandir where the temple makes them available; steps at Hanuman Garhi can be skipped without affecting the day.
Season
October to March is the most comfortable time. Ram Navami and Deepotsav bring very large crowds and need their own plan.

Should we fly into Ayodhya or Lucknow?
Ayodhya's airport is closest when its flights suit you. Lucknow has many more connections and is about three hours away by road; the drive is timed around your flight.
Is there VIP darshan at the Ram Mandir?
Only through the temple trust's own arrangements. In Premium we apply for an official priority pass on your behalf, and in Luxury for darshan under the trust's VIP protocol; issue is at the trust's discretion. We never buy unofficial access, and if a pass is not issued, an early, well-planned visit is the calmest way in.
How is this different from the Varanasi and Ayodhya journey?
This is Ayodhya on its own. The Varanasi and Ayodhya Pilgrimage is a separate five-day journey joining both cities.
Availability and cancellation. Hotels, vehicles, boats, guides and temple arrangements are confirmed when we prepare your quotation, and they depend on dates, weather, river levels and the rules of each site.
