Nanny or childcare arrangements
Non-medical childcare by a confirmed provider during agreed hours, so parents can manage an early temple visit or a late aarti while children rest.
A companion for older guests who sets a comfortable pace, helps with steps and crowds, and keeps family informed with consent, within a defined non-medical scope.

Many of our guests are parents on a long-awaited pilgrimage, often booked by sons and daughters who live far away. A senior travel companion stays with them through the day: an arm on the ghat steps, a seat found in the shade, meals and rest on time, and an unhurried pace at the temple.
Before the journey we talk through mobility, pacing, meal routines and the help that will genuinely be needed, and agree the companion's scope in writing. With the traveller's permission, the companion can send short updates or photographs to family at home.
This service is part of every SHRAVAN journey, whatever the tier, and can be added to any other journey. The companion is not a nurse or carer: if personal or medical care is needed, it is assessed separately under Specialist care support on request.
Added items are requests. If something is already part of your journey and tier it shows as included and is never charged twice.

Cots, child seats, high chairs, interconnecting rooms and family-friendly pacing requested in advance, with each item confirmed with the hotel or car supplier.

Wheelchairs, walking aids and assistants requested separately, with each part of your route assessed for steps, ramps and boarding before anything is confirmed.
