Nanny or childcare arrangements
Non-medical childcare by a confirmed provider during agreed hours, so parents can manage an early temple visit or a late aarti while children rest.
Cots, child seats, high chairs, interconnecting rooms and family-friendly pacing requested in advance, with each item confirmed with the hotel or car supplier.

Travelling with a baby or young children is easier when the room and the car are ready before you arrive. Tell us what you need, and we request it from the hotel and the transport supplier as part of your journey.
Common requests include a cot or extra bed, a child seat in the car, a high chair at breakfast, a kettle for bottles, a quiet room away from the lift, and rest breaks on long road days. We also look at pacing: shorter sightseeing blocks, a midday rest and a realistic plan for early starts.
Child seats and cots are not standard everywhere in the region, so nothing is confirmed until the supplier agrees it in writing. If a child seat cannot be confirmed, we tell you in good time so you can bring your own.
Added items are requests. If something is already part of your journey and tier it shows as included and is never charged twice.
