A travel host is with you in person for the sessions or days you choose. They meet you at the hotel, manage the car and driver, carry the water, deal with shoe stands and tickets, watch the time and make sure nobody in the group is left behind in a crowded lane.
This is different from remote coordination, where a named coordinator supports you by phone. It is also different from a sightseeing guide, who explains history and meaning, and from security personnel. Many guests pair a host with a specialist guide for the main visits.
Hosting is usually in Hindi and English, and other languages can be requested subject to availability. Premium journeys include defined hosted assistance; on other journeys you can add a host for selected days.

- In-person accompaniment for the sessions or days stated in your quotation.
- Non-medical: not a nurse or carer, and not a licensed sightseeing guide or security officer.
- Distinct from remote coordination by phone.
- Where one professional covers both host and concierge roles, the time is charged once.
Added items are requests. If something is already part of your journey and tier it shows as included and is never charged twice.
