A concierge holds the whole journey together: confirming cars and boats each morning, reshaping the day when a train runs late, booking a table, finding a pharmacy, moving a temple visit around the crowd. You have one number to call instead of five.
The role can be remote, by phone and WhatsApp during agreed hours, or accompanying, travelling with you on specified days. Luxury journeys include a dedicated travel concierge with agreed support hours; on Standard and Premium journeys you can add one for the days that matter most, such as arrival day or a festival evening.
Your concierge and your travel host can be the same professional covering both roles. When that is the case, we quote the coverage once.
WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW
To arrange it well.
- Days and places where you want concierge cover
- In person, remote, or a mix of the two
- Daily hours of support you expect, including early starts and late evenings
- Languages you would like spoken
SCOPE AND LIMITS
What it is, and is not.
- Coverage days, hours and the in-person or remote role are fixed in your quotation.
- Not unlimited or round-the-clock unless that coverage is expressly agreed.
- Not a security officer, sightseeing guide or medical carer.
- If the same professional also acts as your host, the coverage is charged once.
Added items are requests. If something is already part of your journey and tier it shows as included and is never charged twice.
