The first hour in Varanasi can be the hardest: a busy arrivals hall, a crowded platform, strangers offering taxis. With this service a team member waits with a name board at the agreed meeting point, walks you to your vehicle and stays with you until you are checked in.
Meeting points depend on the place. At the airport we usually meet guests in the public arrivals area outside the terminal; at railway stations we meet at the platform or the entrance, depending on the train and on station rules. We do not offer access to restricted areas, baggage belts or airside zones unless a specific authorised service is confirmed in writing.
It pairs naturally with a transfer, and can include a short briefing on the days ahead, a stop for a local SIM card on the way, or extra help for a parent who needs a slower pace.

- Meeting in the public arrivals area, or at the station entrance or platform as station rules allow.
- No access to restricted areas, baggage belts or airside zones unless an authorised service is confirmed.
- Porter help with heavy luggage is arranged separately where available.

- Assistance ends once you are checked in, unless a longer scope is agreed.
