How it works.

Where: Varanasi and Sarnath, and road legs to Prayagraj, Ayodhya, Chitrakoot, Gaya, Bodh Gaya, Kushinagar and other journey destinations
Booked per: Per vehicle, per day or per route
Price: Quoted for your journey. You see the complete price before any payment.

Most journeys in the region move by road. Sarnath is a short drive from Varanasi, while Prayagraj, Ayodhya and Gaya take a morning or most of a day. A private vehicle with a driver lets you stop for chai, rest when you need to and keep your bags with you between visits.

Standard journeys use a private air-conditioned sedan or suitable equivalent; Premium moves up to an MPV or SUV such as an Innova Crysta or equivalent. We size the vehicle to adults, children, luggage and any assistance needs, and state the included hours and distance in your quotation.

If you would prefer a female driver, tell us and we record the preference. It depends on who is available for your dates and is confirmed only in writing.

SCOPE AND LIMITS

Private vehicle with a driver for the hours, days and distance stated in your quotation.
Use beyond the included hours or distance is reviewed and quoted.
A driver is not a sightseeing guide; guiding is a separate service.
A female driver is a recorded preference, subject to availability and written confirmation.
Private taxi, premium car and VIP car requests all lead here; a specific model is requested through the vehicle upgrade.
Tolls, parking and interstate permits are shown in your quotation.

Added items are requests. If something is already part of your journey and tier it shows as included and is never charged twice.
