Ganga puja arrangements
A Ganga puja on the riverbank or from a boat, with a priest, materials, duration and participants agreed, and the approved scope written into your quotation.
A hosted puja to the Ganga on the ghats of Varanasi, with a priest, materials and scope defined in advance and each stage explained as it happens.

Families have made offerings to the Ganga at Kashi for as long as anyone can remember. This hosted puja brings that practice within reach: a priest sits with your party on the steps of a ghat, explains what is about to happen and leads a short offering to the river in Sanskrit, with flowers, incense and a lamp.
It begins with the sankalp, the stated intention, when the names of those taking part, and of anyone you wish to remember, are spoken aloud. Then come the offerings of flowers, water and light, a tilak on the forehead and a sacred thread at the wrist. Your priest or host explains each step in English or Hindi, and children can be given small parts to play.
The puja is delivered through our Ganga puja arrangements service, which is the same booking seen from another side, so it is never charged twice. Its location, duration, participants and materials are stated in your quotation. Rites for ancestors are separate rituals with their own priests and timings.

Added items are requests. If something is already part of your journey and tier it shows as included and is never charged twice.
